Processing Your Order
We are so excited to help you bring these stories home! Once your order is placed, we typically process and pack your "Seeds of Mercy" treasures within 2 business days.
Order processing is handled by the Seeds of Mercy team in conjunction with our warehouse team at Adams Discount Center.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship nationwide across South Africa using reliable local couriers (such as Fastway Couriers) to ensure your books arrive safely.
Delivery time is dependent on factors such as the weight of your order, as well as the location to which the packages should be delivered.
Our rates start from R95.00 for nation wide delivery, however these prices may increase depending on distance and weight. You can find an accurate delivery pricing upon checkout.
Tracking Your Package
As soon as your order leaves our garden, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow its journey to your door. These tracking numbers may be sent directly from the courier, as well as from Seeds of Mercy.
P.O. Boxes & Farms
Our couriers require a physical street address for delivery to ensure your package is signed for. We unfortunately cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or PostNet Suites. Delivery to remote farms or townships may incur additional surcharges or longer wait times.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within South Africa. However, we hope to grow our reach soon! If you are outside of SA and desperate for our books, please Contact Us and we will see if we can make a special arrangement.
Damaged Items
If your books arrive with any "bruises" (damage from shipping), please take a photo and email us at admin@seedsofmercy.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can sprout a solution for you immediately!
